GitHub runners are project-scoped CI compute. Runner minutes are recorded after a GitHub job starts on a LayerRail runner, with standard and premium configurations available.
Usage-based runner billing starts at $0.001 per minute for standard-2. Cache storage and extra concurrency are billed separately, and projects with runner usage receive a $1 monthly runner credit.
